You will be using your customer service experience and French language skills to assist customers with cutting edge global products. You must have:
Excellent spoken and written English and French
Customer Service (ideally Call Centre) experience
Computer literacy
Good communication and administrative skills
Your job will involve:
Inbound and Outbound Customer Service
Providing product information
Related administrative work
